  • RAZOROCK GAME CHANGER .68-P DE SAFETY RAZOR

Why did we call this razor the Game Changer? It's really simple! This razor was produced to a standard that is superior to razors which typically costs 4-8 times the price, yet in usual RazoRock fashion, we are bringing you the highest standards of quality at a price everyone can afford. The RazoRock Game Changer is built to last a lifetime, machined from marine grade billet stainless steel, the same way a Swiss watch case is machined. This is a razor you can depend on forever!

WE WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE 500-1000 RAZORS PER MONTH UNTIL ALL THE DEMAND IS MET, PLEASE USE THE BLUE "EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE" BUTTON ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE.  Click HERE if you cannot see the "BLUE EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE"

Finish: Please note, these razors are tools, not jewels. We use a vibratory tumbling finish process that maintains the highest possible tolerances for the razors. This means the razors will not be mirror finished and will not be mark-free. The razors may have some milling marks or finishing marks. The razors can always be jewelry polished by the client later but our goal is to sell the razor at the best possible tolerances and lowest possible price. The metal-on-metal contact from the handle locking against the base-plate will create a ring mark on the base. It's common for handles to have micro dents from the tumbled finish.

Build: Full CNC machined to tolerances of two-thousandths of an inch

    Head Weight: ~26 g (0.92 oz)

Handle Diameter x Length and Handle Weight:

    1. Bulldog, 13mm x 90 mm ~2.8 oz weight
    2. Super Knurl, 13 mm x 90 mm, ~2.9 oz weight
    3. HD, 13 mm x 82 mm (14 mm Butt End), ~2.6 oz weight
    4. UFO, 13 mm x 85 mm, ~2.0 oz weight
    5. Barber Pole, 12 mm x 85 mm (Approx. 14 mm Butt End), ~2.6 oz weight
    6. Titanium Halo, 13 mm x 100 mm, ~1.7 oz weight

    Blade Gap: 0.68 mm

    Blade Exposure: Positive

Material: 316L Marine Grade Stainless Steel

    PROUDLY MADE IN ONTARIO, CANADA

Finish: 3 stage, 24 hour, machine vibratory finish. It's important to note that our finish is designed to de-burr and make the pieces smooth with minimum effect on machining tolerances. It's a tool-like finish and not a mirror-type high polish; each piece is unique (no two pieces will be identical). We don't believe in hand polishing our machined safety razors because it's self-defeating. We spend so much time and effort getting the tolerances tight, a hand polish will just ruin these tolerances. We would rather give you a quality tool-like finish at a great price and leave it up to you if you want to put a jewelry type polish or gun-kote at the razor later at additional cost.

Other Details: Each razor is engraved with a unique serial number.

How to load the blade: The easiest way to load a DE blade into the RazoRock Game Changer razor is to put the base plate of the razor head (the flat one) in the palm of your hand, then drop DE blade over the alignment posts. Then you can put the top cap on and proceed to screw down the handle locking the blade into the razor head.

    Perfect

It's sturdy and hefty. Gives a close shave even though it is the .68-p Game Changer. Looks like it will last a long time. It's good-looking and rugged. Thank-you, Bobbi

Superb quality and a pleasure to shave with

I came to the RazoRock Game Changer with the .68-P head after a bit of a journey of discovery. I had been shaving for 6 years with an entry-level DE razor bought on Amazon -- a Lord L6. It was good value for the $13 I paid for it, and worked pretty well -- but I became aware that there were better models out there.

I did some homework, and first bought the very well-reviewed Rockwell 6C. It was nicely made, had a good grip, and included several options for level of aggressiveness of the shave. But I found it quite heavy, and the handle, at 3 inches, too short. I had been used to a 4 inch handle with the Lord L6, which suited me and my somewhat larger than average hands. Also, I didn't like the thickness of the head, which seemed awkward in shaving under my schnoz.

Next I tried the Muhle R96 ROCCA. I liked the fit and finish, and the handle was very good. I didn't find it easy to rinse out the old shaving lather, stubble, etc, as the Muhle designers had elected to buck the usual practice of creating drain holes on the bottom of the shaving head. It looks cool without those holes, but isn't so functional. But the main thing I didn't like was the aggressiveness of the shave head -- too much for me.

Enter the RazoRock Gamechanger with the .76-P head, purchased with the titanium 4 inch handle. The fit and finish are superb! A really classy unit, even compared to the pricier Muhle Rocca. I love that handle -- so easy to grip, a good length for me, and not too heavy. Although I initially found it a bit aggressive, I found that by using a familiar blade -- a Wilkinson Sword (the type made in Germany) and screwing the handle into the head firmly, the shave was quite good. I had also ordered the .68P head, and I find that one perfect--the .76 is good, but the .68 is better. Really smooth shave.

In summary, the RR GameChanger is a much better tool, and much nicer to look at too-- well worth the voyage of discovery!

    Affordable luxury razor

Only been wet shaving a couple of weeks so certainly no expert yet but this 0.68 Game changer is great. Quickly removed a four day growth with no nicks. Seems to be very smooth and the substantial weight of this all steel razor makes it almost effortless. Thanks.

    Great!

I chose the game changer, I've been using the .68 daily and its been great. This is my first DE razor and the learning curve has been small. I chose this over the rockwell 6s. Michael bent over backward when I wanted to change my handle at the last minute. I would highly recommend. Thanks!
