    VI-John Platinum DE blades

    Saw these blades on sale and they had decent reviews. Really surprised to find they provide an excellent shave...especially for the price! They're definitely in my rotation and so glad I tried them. Thanks IB!!!

    Rebadged Super-Max Platnium / Plat +

    These were made by Super-Max for Vi-John and were their latest generation Platinum DE razor blade. Just at half the price. Only difference is they are not coated as much as the 'real' version so instead of 5 to 7 shaves you will get 3 to 4.

    Sadly SuperMax is no more and they shut down in 2022 so once IB's existing stock is gone this blade may radically change in the future. So buyer beware!

    Mild & Comfortable

    I bought 200 of these blades during the Black Friday Sale (2022) when they were heavily discounted. Based on the handful of good reviews on this site, and one YouTube video that had good things to say about them, I figured "Why not?". Turns out they are a highly satisfactory blade that provide a very nice and comfortable shave, practically impossible to nick/cut myself. I find they are great for times when I want to give my face a rest, but still need to be clean shaven. They aren't super sharp, or super efficient, but do a pleasant job. Perfectly acceptable and worth adding into your blade rotation for times when irritation has crept up by using your sharper blades too much or being too aggressive.

    Super Platinum, Super Sputtered, Super Smooth Shave

    Up until I checked out these blades I didn't understand what it meant for a blade to be sputtered. These blades seem to help provide me with super smooth shaves regardless of whichever razor I use. The blades come as advertised: sharp, smooth, and they provide several excellent shaves. It doesn't hurt my opinion of them that they come endorsed by Shahrukh himself.

    Super sharp blades, smooth shave, great value!

    The other reviews are on point -- this is an amazing blade and terrific value. Each blade does render at least 4 excellent shaves - I don't typically go beyond that regardless of the blade brand as blades are cheap and even tossing a blade after 3-4 shaves makes DE wetshaving a frugal activity compared to today's commercial shaving products.

    I love these blades so much that I've hoarded packages and packages of these. Thank you for making these available, Italian Barber!
