  • A truly magical island in the Mediterranean sea, Sicily gets far less praise than it deserves, mainly because it's not a common tourist hot spot like other regions of Italy. I assure you though, once you visit Sicily, you will want to go back as often as you can! We have so many Sicilian family and friends that a SICILY shaving soap and after shave splash was an absolute must, so we studied all our favorite Sicilian aromas and combined them into a harmonic blend that I believe captures the essence of the island. Sicilian citrus fruits that grow everywhere... sweet almond that is so often found in a morning granita or biscuit... that hint of vanilla in a freshly made cannoli and fragrant amber and woods that are so common in a warm Sicilian breeze.  

    In case you are wondering about the label... The three legged Medusa is called "trinacria". The three bent legs represent the three capes of Sicily and the Medusa is symbolic of the fertility of the land in Sicily. It's the official symbol of Sicily and can be found on their flag and coat of arms.

    Scent: Fresh bergamot and sweet almonds over a base of vanilla and creamy woods

    Ingredients: Alcohol Denat, Aqua (Water/Eau), Parfum (Fragrance), Polysorbate 20, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Menthol, Dimethicolne Copolyol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Linalool.

    Favorite among favorites

    So, I've YET to try a RazoRock product that I wouldn't give a 5 star review - but among the favorites, this is the the scent my wife likes the best. SO, that makes it my #1 as well!!! The Sicily Shave soap is also terrific (but again, so are ALL the RR soaps I've tried) and this splash is just pleasing and comfortable. Not too much, but just right. I wish RazoRock made a cologne or some other longer lasting version of the same scent - its THAT good!

    My favorite and the wife loves it too. It’s more like a light cologne that lasts a while. I use this primarily as a body splash. Great scent.

    This scent has inspired me to travel to Sicily. Vanilla, bergamot, creamy woods - so good!

    I don’t really know how to describe this scent, but it is slightly sweet and mellow. I have tried a ton of other creams and aftershaves and samples, and this is a perfect scent. It is not strong and it is not very masculine, but it’s a very Italian scent that is clear and uniquely refreshing. It is relaxing like how a high-end hotel lobby or gourmet cafe might smell. I love it and I just bought a 2nd bottle. I have the cream too. I don’t know how noticeable it is to other people yet but the aftershave leaves my face feeling smooth and this scent is very enjoyable while it lasts for a few hours. This is my favorite RazoRock scent. I would also recommend Gold and The Stallion -in that order. These creams and aftershaves are made in Italy and are very high quality. The price is amazing, I’m so impressed!

    Tried Sicily tonight for the first time and IMMEDIATELY logged on to voice my extreme satisfaction. Sicily is instantly soothing and WHAT a unique, balanced, extraordinary scent! I definitely picked up the citrus and almond, but the vanilla eased to the forefront and has stayed. It’s a very nice, warm vanilla. Razorock has knocked out of the park with this one!!
